The pin is a surfboard located in the beacon. It’ll be on top of the beacon so all you need to do is move your cursor over it and then it’ll fall down.
The free items are the Blue Lei and Ice Cream Apron.
They have released another rare item out 
The blue lei was out in the last summer party 
The Ice Cream Apron also has a special dance. It fills up an Ice Cream Cone with Ice Cream.
They have also brought back the giant octupus from last years Summer Party 
If you go to the dock there is a massive castle 
If you go to the iceberg you can play Volleyball 
The band are playing in the beach as well 
The snow forts have turned into snow castles
